The storyline of "And the Kola Nut said No!" is the tragedy of one who gets married in total disregard of the native law and custom of their tribe - the Bakossi in the South-West Province of Cameroon, Africa.
If a man lives between two worlds, between two cultures, between two traditions, he has to make the decision of his life. Which of the two ways can he follow?
This is a movie describing the typical African traditions with all the ups and downs - discover a world where the gods of the Kola Nut lead the destiny of the people.
The other world is a deeper universe, just as real as the veins beneath the skin, just like the drums contain a Kola Nut, the soul of the drum, raising its voice when the drum is beaten.
If we try to escape, we will see that there is no way out of destiny!
